Upon arrival, a security deposit ranging from $100 to $250 is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay, following the inspection of your room.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by noon. If necessary, you can extend your departure time for an additional fee of $10/hour. After your departure and upon inspection of your room, our systems will automatically release the security deposit made at the time of your arrival. The timeframe for receiving your deposit depends on your financial institution.
